Insurance Coverage

Lifecrafters, LLC is currently an in-network provider with the following insurers:

  • Anthem / Blue Cross Blue Shield

  • Cigna

  • Cigna Medicaid

  • Humana

  • Humana Medicaid

  • Aetna

Insurance copays are due at the time of each service.
We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, or MasterCard.

Tips for Using Insurance

Insurance can be confusing — and every plan is different.
Here are a few tips to help you navigate your coverage:

  1. Call the member services number on the back of your insurance card and ask:

    • Are mental health outpatient sessions covered under my plan?

    • Do I have a copay, coinsurance, or deductible to meet?

    • Do I need preauthorization before starting therapy?

  3. If you provide your insurance information 72 hours before your appointment, our billing partner can help verify your benefits and estimate your costs in advance.

It’s okay if you’re new to insurance — we’ll walk you through it.

Self-Pay Rates

If you prefer to pay out of pocket, Lifecrafters offers transparent private-pay options:

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been approved in advance.

Late Cancellation Policy

To respect your therapist’s time and allow space for other clients, please cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice—or no-shows—may result in a $50 fee, billed to your card on file.

Court-Related Services

Court appearances or related legal work are not part of standard therapy sessions.
