Substance use recovery and relapse prevention
Emotional regulation and coping skills

Telehealth - Based Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Telehealth-Based Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Lifecrafters, LLC currently offers its IOP services via secure telehealth for adults across Kentucky. We take a whole-person approach to recovery, supporting both emotional and physical health.
As part of our commitment to integrated care, we will coordinate with your primary care provider or prescribing clinician to ensure a holistic plan of treatment. If you do not have a provider, we can assist you with a referral to one.
To support accountability and sustained recovery, clients in the IOP are also monitored through regular drug screening as clinically indicated. This helps track progress, maintain safety, and ensure consistent engagement in treatment.
Our trauma-informed IOP meets ASAM Level 2.1 standards and focuses on building coping skills, emotional regulation, relapse prevention, and rebuilding structure in daily life.
Co-Occurring Disorders
Co-Occurring Disorders
Many individuals struggle with both substance use and mental health challenges.
Our clinicians are trained to address both simultaneously, helping you understand how trauma, anxiety, and depression can drive substance use — and how recovery helps restore emotional stability.
Our trauma-informed approach ensures every client feels safe, respected, and supported at each stage of recovery.
